Nightlight
Do you have a night light in your babies bedroom or just dark through the night? I have the tomme tippe noise machine and the red light on but wondering if this is helping towards her wakes at night? 🤔

We used to use one of them Ewan sheep and have lamp on but she would wake up couple hours after going down. We have her without any light now and sleeps straight through for 10-12 hours and if she does wake ever, she self soothes back to sleep
My little girl has red light on her camera. It only lasts an hour at a time though but has a setting to turn on if she shouts/cries. She definitely sleeps better with it on x
I do, on the dimmest setting x
