Same way as before. Calorie deficit and exercise. Get walking as soon as you can and then after the 6 week mark, look at doing slow workouts. Just be careful though dieting if you are breastfeeding, you need the calories x

I am breastfeeding and I’ve gain weight after c-section, it’s so difficult to loose because you need calorie. Just postponing loosing weight after I stop breastfeeding 🙈

@Imelda I didn’t lose a lb till I stopped breastfeeding and then it did drop off me. Exercising though helped me keep my tone and stop the gain too much until month 4/5. Your body though goes into survival mode when breastfeeding, holding onto reserves xx

I am too lazy to calorie count I just ate less and moved more until I was happy to be honest haha

Diet and exercise, hard work, there's no easy/quick fix x
