Moving

I’ll be moving shortly from Indiana to South Carolina and I have no family out there besides my 2 kids & bf. He has his aunt and her kids And his great aunt. It just feels like I’m gonna be extremely lonely I’ve never moved from my family. My biggest thing is moving away from my dad 💔. If you’ve moved away from your family how did you cope ?? It’s mainly my parents & my bfs grandma I’m going to miss.

Dm if you want hun

I live about an hour from Columbia and very recently went to the zoo, its currently going through some renovations so it’s not as epic at the moment lol as a SAHM that moved here a few years ago it’s been a lil lonely And I even have family here…. But I’m also pretty introverted these days. I recommend finding ways to make friends if you won’t be working, there’s lots to do if you know how to find those things, I’m not very good at it myself and meeting new people scares the heck outta me so I mostly keep to myself 😅 My parents have been divorced most my life so I’ve always lived far from at least one parent, so when I moved across country when I first got married, it wasn’t too hard for me, so I can’t say much on that end 😕 however thankfully we live in an age of technology and FaceTime calls, so you can call them whenever 🫶🏻 it’ll be hard at first but if you can make friends easily it’ll distract from that a lil (missing them so so much)
