Running out of ideas to cook for family

Hi! So my kids like my fried wontons and meatballs all from scratch. I just tried making a friends meatloaf recipe and they ate it too. I want to try other dishes preferably with meat and veggies. Anyone have any ideas? I won’t get mad if my family don’t like it. They didn’t like my Thai sweet and spicy coconut milk meatballs with rice and I wasn’t upset. It took a lot of effort to make too. I made falafels from scratch and I personally don’t like them. I don’t like tortillas too. So nothing with those please. I need some help mommies! Even just meat alone or veggies alone is fine. Thank you!

Stir fry noodles with vegetables and pick a meat everyone likes of they want it with the noodles. Lasagna, burgers from scratch (so you can choose what goes inside like onions and garlic), creamy pasta with chicken and spinach and artichokes (if they like those vegetables), empanadas (they sell the dough and it’s usually called discos in the supermarket), lemon chicken and potatoes (both have lemon on them), chicken or eggplant Parmesan

Following bc I’m the worst cook lol!! I’m always giving such simple and easy non processed foods.

I made this for dinner tonight. Added some seasonings to the chicken and gravy mixture. Serving with mashed potatoes and broccoli https://www.plainchicken.com/crock-pot-chicken-gravy/
