Gender Question!

I think you can do the NIPT, which will tell you gender, as early as 10 weeks. I did mine at 10 weeks and 2 or 3 days. And I got it back in about a week!

You can find out sooner through blood test. I think the absolute soonest you can see on an ultrasound is 12 weeks, but that's not guaranteed. It's much clearer on ultrasound by 16-20 weeks!

Note that the NIPT test results can take up to 2 weeks to get back. Some are faster depending on your lab but just be prepared to wait

I did a sneak peak blood test (clinical) at 9w! It’s 99% accurate so I won’t buy anything until we confirm gender with a later scan. But I also just really wanted an idea!

Technically there are at home kits you can order and send off to labs as soon as 7-8 wks!

I did my nitp at 9wks and got my results back in 5 days. The paperwork said 99.4% accurate

I did sneak peak at 6 weeks!

This is my 4th kid, and I've never found out until 18 weeks! This time I'm being told my sister can find out at 12 weeks!

10 weeks with NIPT

I just ordered Sneak Peak after reading lot of reviews. Im at 10 weeks, and my next appointment for another month.

that’s a good idea! I might do that because I’ll have to wait another three weeks because I couldn’t get an appointment sooner than that 😭 I’ll be 13 weeks by then! 🤦🏻‍♀️

NIPT will do it like 8-13 weeks? Somewhere in that range. Sneakpeek does it starting at 6 weeks. Both of these are blood tests. We have a local private US clinic that will do it at 16 weeks for 60$ other than that they will let you know at your 20 week anatomy scan which is what we will be doing 😊
