Naps

How many naps are your babies taking and for how long? My son is doing like two 30-40 minute naps a day and I feel like he’s not getting enough sleep because he always looks tired 😓

try to make it one big nap my son was the same way he would only take like cat naps but we changed his schedule and it helps we are up at 530 but that's just cause i have to be at work at 6 but i usually keep him up and playing from 630-12/1230 he takes a big nap from like 1-4/5 and then he's up for the rest of the day he's asleep at 10/11 depending on the day but that's just cause he's a night owl

We were doing 2 naps but then my little one would want to take a big nap around 4 and then not want to go to sleep until midnight 😅. Today I tried to push him to do one nap between 12-2. We shall see how long he sleeps for and hopefully it will help with bedtime routine 🤞🏼

what are his wake windows/ age? I’m wondering when to drop my baby down to one nap

Girl I was just going to post this same question. So I’m following

around 3.5-4.5 hours

My son just turned one and he’s on one nap a day and naps about 2-3 hours. When he was on two naps that about how long they were and so we moved to one and he naps much better.

My baby started doing 1 long nap a day around 11 months and he is doing so much better. The naps usually last 2-3 hours

my son takes 1 nap about 1.5-2 hrs long

1 2-3hr nap.
2 2hr naps on the weekend

My son does 2 naps a day each one is currently 1.25-1.5 hours long

Have you tried adjusting wake windows slightly? Do they need to be less or longer? That was the issue for a while with my son, but also maybe consider 1 nap?

1 nap that’s about 2 hours. It was a rocky transition but we’re good for now

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?
