Not pooping (2 months old) 💩

It’s normal for breastfed babies to have multiple days between poops. I think the 5-7 day mark is when you should consider giving the pediatrician a call. If he is still having wet diapers and doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort I wouldn’t worry too much yet.
A call to the pediatrician could make you feel better though.

Same thing happened to mine. It's normal for breastfed babies because they're absorbing everything. My pediatrician said to call if it's been a week, if he's in discomfort, has vomiting, etc.

I was told it’s normal for bf babies to not poop for several days. My baby poops every 3-4 days but when it takes him longer than that, he starts to get really fussy and would not sleep or eat well, his pediatrician said we could give him half an ounce of apple juice(mixed with breast milk in a bottle) to help him go, we did it once and he pooped the next day, maybe ask your baby’s pediatrician if you can do the same?

My pediatrician told me the longest she’s seen a breastfed baby go without pooping is 14 days!! She said it is completely normal

Same happened to me. Baby went from every day to every other day to 3-5 days!
