How is everyone putting their little ones to bed? Bottle in the cot? Or bottle in arms and transfer when asleep?

Falls asleep on me breastfeeding and then transfer to cot, sometimes he'll wake up when transferred but he'll self sooth to sleep
From about 1 years old my little one would start not wanting to be held to have his bottle so I started to give him his bottle and he started having it in his bed and he would go off so much better x
