Nutritional shakes?

I’m 5 weeks tomorrow and have a constant, light nausea & don’t really wanna eat. Would nutritional/meal replacement shakes be a good idea?

Totally, like with anything tough, watch the added sugar in them :) also I’d still try to eat some normal foods throughout the day as your body needs those whole food nutrients too! Smaller meals more frequently generally helps the nausea. But I also 100% get it. I’m pretty sure my 1st was made completely from ice cream because they was the only thing I could stomach for the first and 3rd trimesters

With my son I couldn’t drink them. But I pretty much survived on McDonalds cheese burgers till I was in the 2nd trimester.
