The day has come

I go back on Monday and I’m not looking forward to it 😭

I just went back yesterday and although it is near unbearable to leave baby, I promise it gets better when you’re there. In fact, it may be a welcome break and a little chance to feel “normal”. I found that work is MUCH easier than being home with baby and then when you get home you’re so excited to see them and love on them. You can do this.

I just had my first two weeks away from my boy…it broke my heart but I’ve been taking polaroid pictures of him and put them in a tiny photo album and brought it with me and kept it in my desk. So every time I missed him I just pulled the album out and flipped through!!

No job is protected after 12 weeks that I know of. I start Tuesday and I have so much anxiety over it. Maternity leave should be at least 6 months 😭 my baby is still too young!!!
