i have a good bit. way too much for milk baths or small things like thatš i stopped pumping ages ago and moved to EBF, then i tried using the stash to cook with when she started solids but couldnāt go through it fast enough. now iāve got a large bit of my freezer space being wasted with expired milk and i donāt know if i should just toss it? it feels wrong but im not sure what else to do with it now. any suggestions or just get rid of it??

A few people in my area donate it to other moms who couldnt breast feed but wish to do milk baths! You could try thatāŗļø

Depending how out of date - baths/making soap?

Human milk for human babies FB page and offer to mums for baths. Maybe it can help another baby with skin issues

this is a good idea, thank you! i can only make so much soap/lotions/baths for my own family!! haha

Milk baths!!! They help my babyās eczema so much and it doesnāt matter if the milk is expired. You can do it even if your baby hasnāt got a skin condition**

How old is the milk?

7-8 months

I made soap and gave it to lot of family members.. most of them seemed grateful š

Donate, make soap, baths, lotion, feed to stray cats and dogs or if you have farm animals. Never toss the milk lol put it in your shampoo and conditioner your body soap. Even though itās āexpiredā it can still be used topically in all kinds of ways.
