Pregnancy support bands

Hi!

I need some advice on a good pregnancy support band. One which would just carry the weight of the baby and take some of the pressure off of my lower belly. Apart from that I'm without a pain. Just feels like my belly is being dragged down in the front. 😁 i want it to feel like someone is holding my stomach up 🤣

I got this same one but from Vinted

I've tried multiple bands and belts and only thing that really supported me was actually kinesiology tape, they do a pregnancy version but tbh any will do. You can adjust it for you no matter the size and it's so strong it held up my plus size bump. Literally just tape your bump right up, there are some good YouTube how to videos as well, also easy to get off I just used a bit of baby oil to help cause I'm a wuss 🤣

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?

Hi ladies! I am so blessed to here with you ladies. Sending all the love and prayers that everyone has a beautiful and healthy pregnancy. I’m exactly 10weeks today, due date 10.16. Anxiety after birth

Amy mamas experience anxiety after birth gave birth yesterday March 18 and I am having an anxiety attack now out of nowhere it’s currently 11p.m hubby is asleep and I am feeding baby.😩
