Baby’s weight at 32 weeks

Had a midwife appointment last week which I was measuring a bit off 32 weeks, had a growth scan which has shown baby hasn’t gained enough weight compared to my 20 week scan. They’ve sent it to the consultants. Just wondering if anyone else has had this too and what happened?

Hey, I’ve literally had the same thing, growth is showing quite small, I have been sent for a scan tomorrow to check on this! Xx

I had a 32 week growth scan yesterday, and my baby is below the 10th percentile. I have to have scans every two weeks now to see if he is progressively getting bigger. He is estimated to weigh around 3ibs 7oz, but I've been told to take it all with a pinch of salt. 🙂

Oh! I wonder if they will send me for anymore scans, I guess it’s a waiting game! Xx

They might! Think depends on how small etc, did they give you a growth chart? Xx

on the hospital paperwork there were charts on the back, I think baby was around the 50th x

They sent me as mine was measuring under the 10th

He’s absolutely fine and it was measurement error and he’s on track, so try not to worry, sometimes midwives make mistakes with these things! Xx

I’ve had a letter through today for an appointment to see the consultant who will measure baby etc and then tell me the results straight away xx

Small head reported following 20 week scan

Has anyone else had it flagged that their baby is in the bottom 5th percentile for head size?

They said everything was fine whilst we were in the scan and then I got a phone call the next day saying that it’s on the small side and we’re being referred to a paediatric specialist at St George’s. Has anyone else had this and how did things go??

Would you bring 9 week old to a family party of 35+ people?

These are also people who will want to pass the baby around and get a turn to hold him. He just got his 2 month shots two days ago

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Hi guys so I’m 25 weeks today and I haven’t felt the baby kick at all yet at the scans she’s moving constantly that it’s hard to get the right measurements my first pregnancy was cryptic so I just want suggestions from one worried mother
