I’m sorry this happened to you😓. Was it a colleague? Or a patient?

Collegue

I’d say email HR

Call the police, she attacked you. Forget HR

File an assault report with police. Ask for footage from your work of her hitting you etc. Report to HR.

It depends if you like your job and wanna continue with them or not 🤣..if you do, then email HR and have a word again with your manager and let them know that what they’ve done so far is not enough and you still feel at risk. If you’re cool with leaving them and have no problem going against the company, then contact the police and make a formal assault report, you were attacked at the end of the day!

Yes, they are meant to a risk assessment when you tell them are pregnant

You should call the police and then report your superiors to HR

The police are 100% going to arrest her as she assaulted you AND your unborn so call them right away

What??? A colleague??! Mouna please take this as far as you can! They could of caused grievous harm to your baby. Do not let them get away with it. Report to the police and press charges and change your job. They havent took this matter seriously x if she is well enough to work then she isnt THAT mentally unstable otherwise they would be a risk to the public and would need serious measures but that’s not the case

Sue the company for employee neglect as a employer of over a hundred employees I have zero tolerance for violence. That’s terrible.

Speak with Acas about your rights at the workplace and what your employer should be doing after this incident. They will be able to help you. Also, check the government website, they give a lot of advice on how you're meant to be protected in the workplace under the law.
