Scared of hand dryers

We started potty training my little girl last month and she's done so well. Straight out of nappies into pants with not even a handful of accidents so far. However, she's terrified of hand dryers. I've got a little fold up toilet seat for when we're out which she'll happily use but if someone turns a dryer on she completely freaks out. She won't go in or if she's in, she wants to get out straight away and won't even wash her hands. I've had to start taking her in disabled toilets if the baby changing doesn't have a toilet in and getting a lot of dirty looks coming out of them. I have to take a little towel for her to dry her hands with which I don't mind but I feel like I've tried everything to reassure her it's okay and hand dryers aren't scary but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions please? 😩

I've had this with my eldest. She was terrified to the point she would rather have an accident. We weren't really out often for her to even get used it. Think even now she is a wee bit scared of them at 8 years old... so not sure how to help either 😕

Our girl used to be the same but then one day one of her friends used it so she wanted to aswell. She's still wary if it's too loud but much better. We tend to just use toilet roll to dry if she doesn't want to use it

My daughter is the same age and hates the noise of them too. She puts her hands on her ears now incase it goes off while she’s on the loo. We use the blue hand towels to dry our hands or in a bind she wipes them on my jeans lol 😅 I think it’s quite a common thing which will hopefully pass with time x

Mine was same xx
