10 month old wet nappies amount? How heavy?

How many wet nappies does your 10 month old have daily? Are they really heavy/wet? I'm just a bit worried about my little ones wet nappy amount really and how wet they are. She does wet nappies and she's feeding and drinks some water with her meals 3 times a day but her nappies aren't overly wet. She hardly ever wets the whole blue line on the nappy and sometimes I am just changing her as its been 4 or 5 hours and I don't want to leave her in a nappy too long but I could get away with her wearing it for longer as its maybe only half wet.. or not even that. She doesn't seem dehydrated. I check her fontanelle regularly but it seems OK.. I EBF so it's hard for her to judge how long much she gets. So I'm getting paranoid now I think.. she eats 3 meals really well but she doesn't feed herself water..only when I give it to her in an open cup so i dont feel like I can drop a feed even tho she seems to be naturally reducing her day feeds and she will turn her head once she is done.. Can anyone offer any reassurance? My first baby used to drink so much water too so I never had this issue- her nappies always seemed so heavy.

My baby is EBF and I haven't introduced water yet. She's on 3 meals + 2 snacks. She's been drinking less and less milk since we introduced the 3rd meal at 10m. I haven't thought about it before but it's true her nappies are not as heavy as they used to. She can easily stay with a nappy 4-5 hours, unless she poops, which she does a few times in the day. I give her probiotics daily so might be the reason for a great bowel movement but definitely not too much wee.

Forgot to add that at night she goes with 1 nappy for 12-13 hours and it's not that heavy in the morning as it used to. She has lots of tears and no sign of dehydration either.

@Menna, thank you! That's so reassuring - my little one is the same for night time too!
