Going back to work
My LO is 4 months I will be returning to work when she turns 1. I am absolutely dreading leaving her its giving me anxiety. She will he staying with her dad and maybe her grandmother im not quite sure yet. But how do working mums deal with going back to work? Anything make it easier? I just feel 1 years old is so small and will still be a baby

Would definitely recommend going back part time at first if you can. If you make a request for flexible working your employer basically has to accept it and if they don’t they need to prove why it’s not possible for the business. I did 28 hours for the first 12 weeks to help transition and found it really helped x Good luck x

Childcare wise - Knowing my son was with my husband and family whilst I went back to work made it easier. Work wise, I went back as part-time this allowed me to have mornings with him and eventually went back to full-time.
