After birth you can have on and off bleeding until 12weeks pp. For me I stopped bleeding at 3 weeks pp but than started lightly again at around 8 weeks. I knew this wasn’t my period cause it was very very light and wasn’t constant. All stopped at 12weeks pp. At 3 month I got my first period after birth and my god it was horrible. I bled more than what I gave birth and it was constant for almost 2 weeks. Most women experience a really heavy first period so that’s how they know. Not everyone does as everyone is different but you will notice the difference that’s for sure
It’s probably the scab of your placenta falling off, which causes you to bleed again. It happened to me too lol
I was exactly 4 weeks postpartum when my period came back x
I was 6 weeks pp because I went in for my checkup and I was on my period
@Kiarra did you have to do an ultrasound to check for that ?
I was 5 and a half weeks PP
I believe I was 6 weeks pp
