First colostrum harvest!
I have been leaking a bit at night for quite a while so I hoped I would be able to collect some but I didn’t think I’d be able to get this much on my first go 😁 Our bodies are amazing!

How did you get so much hun? Im 36w atm too
@Mrs36 I spent quite a few minutes gently massaging down from the top of my boob to get it stimulated to start with and then it just came out when I started hand expressing. I have read a bath or a warm compress also helps to get it stimulated first though so could be worth a try xx
