Did yoga ball work for you guys?

Ive been bouncing on the yoga ball since the end of second trimester & still prego 39W+3

Doing hip circles and figure-8s can sometimes help baby engage and move lower so I would add those while you’re there. Hope it helps move things along!

@Marie I feel like first times are most stubborn. Our vagina is new to all of this

Might be hard to hear but sex helps. Look up hip motions online, those help stretch and maybe let baby drop a little. My GYNO said the yoga ball doesn’t really do much unless in labor. Good luck and (early) congrats.

Not bouncing on it but doing hip circles and figure 8s helped. I went into spontaneous labor at 39 weeks and had baby the very next day. I ate six dates per day (in a smoothie), drank red raspberry leaf tea, and relaxed honestly. I had lots of BH the day before.

What’s BH?

@Nicole Braxton hicks. For me it didn’t feel like stomach tightening. It felt like my baby was sticking her butt out lol
