I don't think it has to be the same time everyday. What's worked well for me is finding a way to make it a habit. What I do is I train my brain to take my pregnacare after my lunch everyday. Eventually it becomes routine.

I've set an alarm on my phone which is labelled tablets so when it goes off, I know I need to take them, and it helps me remember.
