Maternity pillows

I just have to say I love maternity pillows! We bought one but I'm too short for it. My fiance just got hone from having mulitupul heart surgery's and has to lay in an upward position with his arm in a sling so he doesn't mess up his pacemaker, and it works perfect for him! I want to keep my maternity pillow after the baby is born, but I can figure out any more use at the moment. What are ways you've reused your maternity pillow after you've had your baby?
