Pumping day/night milk?
Hello! As milk is different in the morning and evening, does that mean I can’t give milk pumped at night to baby during the day?

Night time has melatonin, and day time has cortisol. My doc said if you have the mental energy to separate, go for it but it's not necessary
Nope you can give milk from whatever time of the day it doesn’t matter
I pump day and night then store it in the fridge when i need it
I mark day and night as well when I pump! A couple times we've given bub day milk in the night and there hasn't been a huge difference, but I do try to stick to day in the day and night in the night!
