Period is back and supply has dropped 😢
Will it come back? I’m nearly 10m pp and combi feed. Period came back last Friday and just finished now. My supply has basically halved 😭
I’m also back at work (wfh) so don’t feed him for naps anymore as daddy is caring for him so I know that doesn’t help. But I do pump!

Yes it should come back! Mine tends to drop around period too. Just continue to eat a lot and hydrate! Will come back up! You can also add fenugreek, morning, or mother’s milk tea!
