Has anyone received a MATB1 form? (I think it's called this)... I am 20+1wks xx

I’m getting mine Monday as I’ve requested it from midwife I’ll be 20+4 xx
I have mine and I’m 20+3weeks and I got my MATB1 at 20+1 you can ask the midwives and they will give it to you. It may just be my area but I got mine at 20 weeks in my last pregnancy also 🙂
I'm in Oxford and was told to pop up after my anatomy scan or call after and they'll get it done and call me when it's ready x
Yes I got mine at 16 week midwife appointment. X
I was advised at my 16 week check up I'd be given it at my 22 week check up (Glasgow)

Not yet, you get them at 25 weeks but can requested one earlier if necessary 😃
