Baby favours dad ..
I love the fact that my little girl loves her daddy but I can’t help but feel so sad sometimes, I come home from work not seeing her all day I pick her up for a cuddle and she just reaches for dad and cry’s when he leaves the room , even when I’m there! I don’t want to take it personally but it still hurts sometimes 😩 am I not fun enough? What am I doing wrong? anyone else the same?

I say I probably have her more than her dad as I have two days off work in the week. It started before I went back to work. I suppose that’s what I worry about is that she doesn’t find comfort or feel secure with me.
My 13mo has gone through a “daddy” phase for the past few months and is now in a “mummy” phase! Try not to take it personally and just be there for them even when they seem to only want dad! X

Im really sorry you feel this way. Im convinced it is not beacuse you are not fun. Babies dont look for fun, they look for a safe base and attachment. If she spends more time with her dad it is just natural she favours her dad. As long as she can form a secure attachement to either parent that’s a good thing
