Pregnancy pillow recommendations

I am seriously in need of a pregnancy pillow yet but have tried two and already and didn’t like them. But my back pain is getting a lot worse now when sleeping and sitting. I don’t want a big one cos my bed is only a double, I also don’t want to spend too much. Any recommendations welcome!?

I have absolutely no advice but I’d love to know the same! Same situation here… and I keep waking up on my back even though I try so hard sleep on my side ❤️ what pillows have you already tried if you don’t mind me asking xx

Sorry no help, but I'm also struggling to find a good pillow! I tried the one from Debenhams and hated it. It was way too firm. I've heard people suggesting the ones that go completely around you, but that would take up so much room so no good if you're trying to save room 🤦‍♀️

I have the bbhugme one and it doesn’t take up too much space and you can adjust the firmness x

I also tried the one from Debenhams and hated it for the same reason. I have tried a v one from silent night which was nice but I don’t really think I can work with the v shape lol. And i also tried this massive body support pillow from silent night which was too bit lol

If you have the cash to splash or you can get a second hand one, or would thoroughly recommend the bbhugme as well, it’s really versatile, and doesn’t take the whole bed

Im loving the bbhugme. Managed to get one 2nd hand as they're not the cheapest.

I have just got one, so reasonably priced too here’s a link… Honestly I can finally sleep and sit comfortably on the sofa it’s brilliant and the covers are soft too!! £12.95 plus postage really reasonably priced and arrived in two days https://www.online4baby.com/p/4in1-multifunctional-nursing-pregnancy-pillow-multicolour

Not sure if this is helpful but I'm trying to avoid buying a special pregnancy pillow, have found a pillow under the head plus one in front/between legs and one behind has been pretty successful. The other game changer has been doing hip stretches before bed. Childs pose type stretch if you know the yoga names. Hope you find something that gives you the relief and rest!!

I just got a body support pillow from The Range, not pregnancy specific. But it really helped my back and hip aches https://www.therange.co.uk/home-furnishings/bedding/pillows/body-support-pillow/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwiYOxBhC5ARIsAIvdH51bBz2AiftOeCkAvlKS67KrLlL7iUf_y6k__kVbt1JPF6vbZWaLmJMaAjg_EALw_wcB#62254

More on the expensive side but the bbhugme is amazing and I’d definitely reccomend x

I got this one from Amazon, I’ve tried so many and struggled to get along with them. Hope you find one soon xx https://amzn.eu/d/i6IpDWy

Bbhugme, expensive but has massively helped my hip and back pain

I have no advice but I’m also looking for one but one specifically small or squishy enough to use with the crap plastic office chairs at work!
