Day time naps

When is too young to start putting baby in their own sleep space for day time naps? My baby is 3 months next week, for all her daytime naps she’s been on me or in a Moses basket in the front room. Although she seems to be waking up frequently and getting disturbed by the light/sounds around which is causes cat naps then she become over tired. Is it too young to put her in her next2me for day time naps too? We have an owlet and a video monitor

Sleep training is usually around 6 months but there is no reason why you can’t put her down in her next to me in a nice dark room for a nap. Especially as you have a monitor. You make the rules, she is your baby and you can decide what you think is best for her as you know her best. Good luck xx

Absolutely you can! 3/4 months onwards is a perfect time to start practicing good sleep routines. White noise, darkness and following sleepy queues, she will be a well rested girl x
