Breast feeding advice

So I’m exclusively breast feeding my 6 week old baby boy. I’m having to go back to work tomorrow for my first KIT day. I’ve managed to express approximately 20oz over the last few weeks and he does take a bottle fine. However, I’m not sure how much to tell my mum to give him per bottle? He feeds every 1.5-2.5 hours on the boob in the day but they’re short feeds (approx 5-10 minutes). Also, what’s the best way to warm up your breast milk? Any advice welcome! Thank you 🙂🙂

I would offer 3oz per bottle if he doesn't feed for long especially if you're warming the milk up (so as not to waste it) I am exclusively pumping and my little boy drinks 5oz but it takes a while for him to drink it, and he's feeding every 3-4 hours. I put my bottles up in a bowl of hot water to warm it up. X

I would say no more than 3oz because if he leaves any then you can re use if heating up and your mum can always heat up some more if needed! Just the bottle in some hot water is what I do Xx
