Teeth coming in?

My daughter has started drooling. And when I say drooling I mean her mouth is watering I don’t even know where all of this saliva is coming from? Last week I saw her bottoms pop through a teeny bit. I can also feel her gum is a bit sharp but still no teeth. There’s been no progress since besides being extremely uncomfortable and in pain. Nothing seems to be helping but I’m so confused as to how long it takes for the teeth to actually come in. The drooling has only started the last few days. She’s also been a bit sleepy and clingy
