When you change him, take the nappy down and then put a towel over. It’s the fresh air on them that makes them pee.
The pet aisle has lots of good urine and odor removers.
Wipe just below his belly button with a cold baby wipe and wait a few minutes before taking nappy off. My little boy hasn’t peed on us since he was a few weeks old after starting this
You could cover him with a wipe to catch the pee as well.
I found as he got a bit older it stopped going everywhere and just goes onto the mat which I’m fine with haha. My husband swears by the wipe on the belly before taking nappy off - but idk if it does anything
@Tatyana I've been doing this lately as my son likes to wee multiple times during a nappy change 🙈 just when you think you're safe... Works a treat though, and the majority of the wee is absorbed, or directed downwards to the nappy below.
Just have besides a towel so in case he starts to pee you can just cover him to control a bit ahahah. That works for me
Someone once told me to undo the nappy straps and wait then change. So all I do is remove the sticky labels don’t pull nappy down or anything and in the time I just get my wipes out and then clean and change. Done that technique with both my boy and girl and never once had an accident xx
You can put a burp cloth over his groin while you change him. My son did this a handful of times, but the last time was the funniest. He peed right when I lifted his legs, to put a new diaper on. Right on his face. Never did it again after that.
my friend usually used a pp teepee as she called it. https://a.co/d/gDZgFXt
Try using the top hat potty for Elimination communication.
Wipe his belly with a cold cloth/wipe before you remove the napper. The cold air makes them wee so if you do the cloth on the tummy they are before you remove the nappy
I got told wipe a baby wipe above the nappy before you change him apparently it makes them wee before you undo the nappy. My friend told me n I have never tried it
Put a nappy on him.? 🤷♀️
