Birthday savings account?

Hi moms! Has anyone ever asked for donations to their baby’s savings account/college fund instead of presents for their birthday? I feel like I’ve seen an app specifically for that, but can’t remember what it’s called! Or does anyone have any ideas for the best way to do this? My baby just has so many toys and clothes he really doesnt need any presents! Thanks all :-)
