Managing pain while looking after a toddler

How do you manage your pelvic pain if you need to run after an active toddler? I'm trying to get help as much as I can but of course when I'm the only one looking after our toddler, it's so difficult and makes the pain worse when bending sitting running around with her. Any tips?

Have you tried dihdrocodeine hun? The best advice is to make sure everything's out their way n try to stick to one room as much as possible in the house n just let them play. X

I'm not keen on painkillers so only paracetamol if it gets worse. Yes, wondering from room to room makes it worse. Unfortunately we don't have a lock and my daughter can open the doors. Not sure how to keep her in one room :-)

I'm struggling with the same and I wear a bump support belt a lot and I also bought toddler reins so I didn't have to pick her up as much. I also try plan our week to fit in days that are a bit more restful after more active days. I take her to a playgroup and music class which really stimulates her then I feel like we can chill the rest of the day a bit more.
