12 weeks 1 day, light bleeding.

Not had this happen before, had no spotting or bleeding since I found out I was expecting at 3 weeks. Third pregnancy, could’ve sworn I’ve felt them move already. Due to have my first scan tomorrow morning, just went to the toilet and wiped and saw light blood, like the start of a period? I’ve put a pad on to monitor, but I’m totally panicking and sobbing my eyes out. Got a bit of cramping as well, already convinced myself I’m miscarrying. Has this happened to anyone, was everything okay in the end? I know it’s only 13 hours till my scan but I feel like I can’t wait, I’m so frightened.

I had this in my pregnancy, I bled a little, twice and I have my healthy baby boy here safe. Don’t lose hope, sometimes it can be a sub chronic heamatoma which is what I had and it went away on its own. After previous losses myself, I get your anxiousness x

I had this happen to me too! Around the start of my second trimester. I was very worried too but everything was fine! I’m 23 weeks now and baby is still doing fine!

I went for my 12 week scan and the day i had my scan i went to the toilet loads bright red blood , i was sobbing, the toilet was bright red , i put a pad on and then after that i had nothing , it was so bizarre x

I went in for my scan today, baby has no heartbeat 😔
