Has anyone had a scan at 4 weeks + 1 and they see nothing but it’s turned out ok?
I am still testing positive and no signs of miscarriage (I last miscarried in Feb) but they weren’t able to find anything on a scan today

It's too early for scan
Too early, I had a 6 week scan and found nothing but an empty sack. Went back at 7+5 and saw heartbeat. I am now 11 weeks and baby is active & growing on track.
Thank you! I thought this but they were talking about miscarriage and ectopic a lot even though they didn’t see anything so I was really worried. Will get HCG back on Friday so just need to be patient!
