Colostrum…feeling proud
This was my first attempt and one go, so pleased with what I was able to collect this much. Only issue was I had to get my husband to help, any tips on how I can try this on my own it’s hard to collect on your own.

Definitely try collecting onto a spoon or into a small cup first! And making sure you're super relaxed! I either do it in the bath or after I've had a heat pack on my boobs for a bit, give them a bit of a massage and then I'm all good to go! I still only get like 1ml a day but it should be enough just in case 💕
If it's thick and sitting on the nipple, then it's just a case of practicing with the syringe and you'll get it. I remember how much I fumbled around at first and now I'm like 'it's so easy' 😅 I do find opening the plunger entirely first and then closing it again helps the syringe not be stiff, and then it's just figuring out how to pull the plunger and position the syringe at same time x
