Anyone else playing the waiting game??

Anyone else's baby make so much noise at night that you think they are waking up for a feed, go make the feed only for them to not wake up and you're currently awake waiting for them??? I've wasted so many bottles of milk that have expired after waiting 2+ hours!!! Currently 45 minutes in 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes!! Every night, but what I’ve started doing is when he is stirring like that I’ve given him the dummy and he settles right off back to sleep and wakes in an hour or so ready to be awake and have milk x

I sometimes dream feed mine if he takes a bottle rather than wasting it if that happens x

My baby is really noisy - kicks, grunts etc, i can hardly sleep! And he's started rolling onto his side in the night which worries me a bit. I've found boob quite effective when half awake to put him back to sleep or a little dream feed when the wriggling starts to increase x

Definitely pop the milk in the fridge! It’ll last 24 hours. I don’t make any bottles at the time of feed, I just make up 5 at a time and then go to the fridge whenever he’s hungry.

The dummy is a god send for us. She sleeps from 8-5 but we have period like this around 3/4. We just pop the dummy in and she settles until she’s ready for milk later

Yeah I got up once and he only took an ounce. I had a migraine too which didn't help
