I would think he just doesn’t want to sleep away from you, on the breast is where he feels safest? If you unlatch him when he’s asleep but keep him in your arms does he wake up then? If not I wouldn’t think he’s back on the boob for hunger necessarily more for comfort to get back to sleep. He’s only 3 weeks old that’s so little xx
Is he having 6 wet nappies and 2 poos a day? Does he seem relaxed when he's feeding? Can you see him swallowing and do you have any pain? If all that is fine then it's highly likely to be cluster feeding, it's hard but it will pass before you know it. Well done and congratulations 🎊 xx
