Is this a stupid name?

I prefer Truett or Truman with the nickname Tru, but wouldn’t call Trust stupid it definitely works as a first name

My friends from Southern Africa (Botswana and Zambia, not South Africa 😅) have names like Precious/Peace/Modest , it’s not very common where I’m from in the US but it’s a thing in other places, works for them!

I feel like Truss (like Russ) would be a more natural nickname. Tru isn’t bad though! I like it!

I feel like trust would suit a girl more maybe? But an alternative would work

I could get behind Trust but the nn Tru sounds quite feminine to me. Also Trust Salinas-Johnson sounds more like a commercial tagline for an investment firm than a name

Personally I prefer True, Truett, or Truman (nn True/Tru) as a first name! 💙
