Anxiety and panic attacks

So I've had alot going on this year which had caused alot of anxiety. Now I think I woke up having a panic attack due to stress. Any advice hiw to calm my stupid head I will not I am audhd so not sure if this has made things worse. I woke up thinking i was having a heart attack. Any ideas that can help without going to a gp, medicine doesn't work for me.

The only thing that really helps me is meditation, managing my diet, exercise, getting enough sleep, and being outside. Which are all difficult when you have a new baby. I’ve just been trying to meditate like 7 mins per day and working out 3x per week and getting outside 3x per week. I work full time so it’s so hard with my little one. But that does help. I wish I could do more.
