Work- AL related
Hi, trying to get myself organised ahead of returning to work beginning of July. I am hopefully returning on 30 hours a week (that’s 30 with breaks taken off) waiting on all my flexi working been accepted. Can anyone tell me how I figure out what my new a/l entitlement would be please? I’m getting myself confused 🙈. I’m part of the nhs and it’s done in hours. Thank you 🙌🙌

Have a Google, there’s loads of online calculators to work it out x
I was looking at working this out yesterday and found something that it goes off how many days a week you work and then you times that by 5.6 to get how many days a year.

It should just work exactly the same. So you’ll still get x amount of hours over the year. It will look like less compared to what you’re on but obviously you will use less each week you take as A/L if that makes sense xx
