Mistake in antenatal management plan notes?

Hi all, I've just been looking through my badger notes app and I've found this from my booking notes, at the bottom of my antenatal management plan: Fetal Surveillance (RCOG) Major Risk Factors - Echogenic bowel - EFW<10th centile - hypertensive disease in a previous pregnancy - current smoker - drug misuse However I've not had a previous pregnancy so therefore the hypertensive disease in a previous pregnancy does not apply to me, also I am not a smoker and I don't misuse drugs. Just wondering why these are on there when they don't apply to me? Does anyone else have the same? (I struggle with anxiety and it's worrying me a little bit!)

Sounds like they've muddled you up with someone else so I'd talk to your midwife to clear it up. You want to get the right care and also having drug misuse on there could lead to social services being involved.

I've been listed as a current cannabis smoker which is incorrect, had to contest that

@Rosy did they remove it?

Isn’t it just giving a list of things that would make it high risk if you had those ?

Unsure if they've removed it yet. Had to change midwives along with some other issues
