Try to focus on the positives and the things that are in your control. I know that’s easier said than done. Talk to your GP, especially if you don’t feel safe. Asking for help is a big positive first step and will hopefully make you feel like you’re taking control. Even posting on here is a positive thing. I don’t know exactly what’s going on but remember what other people think of you isn’t always right. It’s so easy to hear the negatives and those who say good things about you gets drowned out. You know who you are the best, don’t let anyone twist that into something bad. Usually that’s them projecting their own stuff and deflecting from it instead of dealing with it. Try to take a step back and view your situation from the outside. That is, if a friend was going through what you are, what would you advise? Know that you’re not alone. ❤️
Hope your feeling better just remember it’s ok to feel down and it’s ok to think about the way you thought things would go but just remember not to stay down practice mindfulness if you know how 🥰 focus on the present moment not the past or the future but right now breathe through the stressful moments 🥰
