Pls help

How can I get my baby to nap in the cot? Sometimes she does sometimes she doesn’t, I know people say soak up the contact naps but I am drowning in to dos and the contact naps chewing off my nipple and breaking my back just aren’t sustainable I am literally losing my shit she’s one year old everyone said it would get easier but it’s much much harder when she was a baby she would sleep in cot I’ve transferred her 4 times, I’ve left her to cry but she just stands up and screams, I’ve tried lying her down but she just resists

Ps she won’t take a dummy, won’t take to a comforter, I know the answer is to wean her off the boob but she’s still feeding soooo often

I’m very much one for fed is best but the nhs say if you can then they do recommend breast feeding up until 2 years, and my son who is on formula (slowly transitioning to whole milk) still will only contact nap or have a short nap in the pram, so I’m right there with you in drowning in to dos! Just wanted to say you’re not alone, and weaning her off the boob isn’t necessarily the answer. My friends little boy was the same and one day he just decided he wanted space while napping himself. I’ve tried it all too and now I’m trying to just enjoy the cuddles because it really won’t be long for us I don’t think now but I really do agree it’s very restrictive xx
