entitlement to maternity pay.. AGAIN..
UK—- I took my maternity starting the pay in December, I am now pregnant again, am I entitled to getting it again throughout the same way? I have no reason to be retuning to this work again but as my maternity will end in September originally.. am I eligible to get again as new baby will be due December.. and if so how long before baby is sue can I choose to start it again as like I said September mine finsihes but if I have to wait until next baby is due that’ll be a few months to wait… or can I start it from September? has this happened to others ?
Have you reviewed your maternity policy? Also, did you receive enhanced pay and are you hoping to get that again? There may be a clause that you need to return for a certain period.. but you would still be entitled to statutory regardless. You can start maternity leave up to 11 weeks before your due date x
