I have found that making sure my legs are cool is the most helpful thing, so keeping the window open and my legs out the duvet at night, or having bare legs in the day if it happens then. It is horrible isn’t it!
Try some body cream with magnesium! I have used the same scream in both my pregnancies and it has been brilliant (currently out can’t remember the name off the top of my head but if I remember when I’m home I will pop a picture of it in here) as I suffered really badly with restless legs in my first pregnancy ! ☺️
