What did your LOs gums look like just before/when their top teeth cut?

The gum was bulging with the teeth outline, if that makes sense. The bottom ones he got little blisters before they come out but top ones he didnt
Super swollen looking in the shape of the two teeth, very red and he was constantly flicking his thumb from the top of his gum out of his mouth
