From My Return To Sex Course

Seated butterfly is one of the easiest pelvic openers you can do to help prep your pelvic floor for birth. Here are some tips: - Don’t bounce your knees, keep your body still and do some deep breathing. - If you have too much pulling in your groin with this rest some pillows under your knees so aht you feel more of a moderate stretch. - Do not lay flat on your back if you are more than 20 weeks pregnant. Instead, do this in sitting or prop yourself up so you are reclined. - As long as this doesn’t give you pain, try this for 30 second to a minute every other day or so. I teach hip openers and perineal massage in my free Push Prep 101 webinar. Comment PUSH PREP below and I’ll send you the deets! 🙌🏼
