Daycare teacher drama what would you do?

So I love the facility my son goes to but he’s gotten a new teacher for preschool since turning three and I hate her! Love the teacher he has before all the other staff is wonderful but she’s a bitch and we go back and forth often She’s a smart ass at all times and oversteps almost daily I find myself having to check her and let her know how she’s going to speak to me going forward and it’s frustrating! And I hold back a lot bc I don’t want her to treat my kid weird But today I didn’t say anything and I’m so mad at myself ! Today I come in the teacher doesn’t even say hi she says my son tore down a poster off of the wall which I know wasn’t good but he usually doesn’t have any problems at daycare so i was asking what was going on before trying to get the full story and the teacher cuts me off and says “you need to go over there and pick that poster, I say excuse me she says I mean pick it up w/ him” ……… so I ask her if she’s already talked to him and she says she’s been trying to get him to put it back up all day I didn’t say anything at the time I talked to my son and told him not to do so etc take care of his classroom and it’s not nice to do etc etc, but after leaving I’m pissed at the whole conversation you don’t tell me what I need to do w/ my kid she should’ve just told me what happened and let me go from there I would’ve tried to get an apology from him anyway but I think it’s ridiculous that she says she tried to have him pick it up all day when he doesn’t know how to stick tape to paper and put it on a wall well enough yet to have been able to fix the poster, I want to give her a piece of my mind Monday I’m so mad I held back but I’m honestly thinking of going to the owner as well bc she literally talks like this all the time and even when I say something we have an ugly back and forth or she’s cutting me off shat would you guys do or say ?
