Unless she drops to or below the 10th percentile there’s nothing to worry about 🩷 babies have weird growth spurts. In two weeks I went from 36 to 90th percentile and a month ahead in measurements 😂 I wouldn’t stress mommas I’m sure she’s just waiting to grow like crazy ☺️
Same here, I’m nervous. I have another growth scan in 2 weeks so we’ll see if she’s any bigger.
My OB always tells me immediately after listing percentiles: these are just numbers. They don’t matter. Every baby is different, and grows at a different rate, in different stages of pregnancy. You could be 30th percentile now, and in six weeks be up to 60- it’s all relative. The only times to have concern is if it’s below 10, or above 90 nearing the end, as it could mean a need for adjusted due date or induction (which is also perfectly normal.) I wouldn’t worry. 😊
My daughter dropped to the bottom 4% at 36 weeks and even stopped growing. They didn’t know if it’s because I’m also small or the placenta wasn’t doing what it was supposed to do anymore. I was induced at 38 weeks and she’s now one years old and perfectly fine she was born 5 pounds 9oz I was born 5 pounds 8oz and sister due in July is doing better than her older sister right now but they monitor me closely just in case

Of course! So far my dr hasn’t mentioned possibility of induction or c section due to her being on the smaller size. Just saw Dr today (30 weeks 4 days today).
Mines small but they say healthy and just fine and are not surprised cuz I’m small myself. My husband isn’t very tall either. My girl was 34 percentile then 17 (didn’t grow much) now she seems to have a little growth spurt and is 29 percentile. I’m 30 weeks 2 days now. Dr says she’s below average in size but nothing bad.
